THE WIZARDING WORLD
Strategy: Illuminate the truth that there’s an entire world beyond Harry Potter.
With the impending release of “Fantastic Beasts 2”, we were asked to help create and build out a brand for the Wizarding World—a universe in which Harry Potter is simply one component. The video below combines real fan UGC with footage from all WW films to date to communicate the magic of this world, and the spell that it casts upon all who experience it. The cut below is the almost finished version.

BOTCHED “MASTERPIECE” CAMPAIGN
The campaign below is for a show called “Botched”, which is about plastic surgeries gone bad. To create it, we commissioned real oil paintings that themselves have been “Botched”. A couple of which—for better or worse—hang in my office. Promax was very, very kind.
BOTCHED “BORED” CAMPAIGN
The work is based a simple question: If Dr’s Dubrow and Nassif could do anything, how might they kill the boredom between seasons? If you like the spot, I directed it. If not, that other guy did.
Generation M.E. (Middle East) was a groundbreaking special focusing on the exploits and accomplishments of powerful women in the region. That’s right: a show that ran in the Middle East about powerful women.
